from addiction.

Addiction recovery for individuals.

Freedom from obsession, the chaos, lies, shame and deception to yourself and others. And, with our support, it’s possible to do this from taking some time out at one of our global private treatment villas or with recovery coaching, from the comfort and safety of your home or home office.

No matter how many times you may have tried in the past, it’s time to focus on what you can do to start a new, fulfilling life free from addiction from here on.

You can put down the drink, drugs, obsessive thinking, sex or other addictive behaviour by working strategically with From Here On. Depending on where you are on your journey and what will be best for your recovery, our highly personalised online programs can be as simple as a weekly one-to-one recovery coaching session, or an in-person stay at a private villa. Our skilled network of experts that are available to you include a clinical psychologist, somatic therapist, nutritionist, mindfulness coach, and yoga teacher.

We work with you to develop a program that works for you - and for the long term.

Even if you can’t imagine your life without drink, drugs, or a mistress right now, you’ll soon discover it is possible - and that a much more fulfilling life awaits. It’s also possible to have a life in which you feel great in your skin, are confident, physically and mentally strong, capable and on track to achieving more than you thought was possible. We would love to help and guide you on your journey.

Services for individuals

It’s time to act.

Despite being a high achiever and having an enviable life on the outside, you might be struggling while your addictive behaviours continue to get out of control. You’ve probably tried reducing the amount you drink, drug or act out; tried taking days off, not going out, not drinking at home… the list goes on. Regardless of the endless promises you make to yourself, nothing’s working and life is feeling dark.

If you keep the same trajectory you could lose your job, wife, family and your mental health. If your self-respect is slipping away and you don’t know where to turn, it’s time for a new strategy. If you long for the days when you had careless fun and enjoyed life without the fear of your addictive behaviours, have faith that this is all possible in recovery.

Maybe you’ve even done the hard work of getting sober or free from addictions but you’re well aware of the pain that faces you if you relapse and go back to your old ways. All your hard work will feel wasted; you can sense the disappointment that your loved one will feel if you fall back. If you’ve been on the merry-go-round of relapse you know the pain of pulling yourself back from the grips of addiction. If nothing changes, nothing changes. You know without changing something you’ll be back to your old behaviours, filled with guilt and remorse.

You’re at the point of decision. You can either continue down the path of least resistance, the path you have already been travelling, or you can choose the road less travelled. The path of least resistance will probably result in you getting the same outcomes you’ve always received. But if you want something different to happen, if you want to change the direction of your health (or your relationships, or your finances) you’re going to have to do something different.

Make a new choice, and pursue your new outcome, from here on.

Helping someone else
recover.

Unfortunately, addiction and substance use disorder are the most misunderstood and over-judged health conditions on our planet. Collectively, we can all make a vast difference to the lives of those struggling. Together, we can stop the stigma and help people recover for good.

Simply put, we strongly support people in helping others recover. We do this in two main ways: providing aftercare programs for rehabs, and providing coaching and talks to businesses to support their EAP services. Take the next step by selecting a button below.
